Skincare routine

Let's just jump right into this. I'm pretty basic when it comes to skincare, to be honest I'm lazy and absolutely hate any kind of routine. For my cleanser and moisterizer I use Brian Champagne's line. Now I can't say much since I'm not really skincare savy, but what I do now is its worked for my skin. When I moved to LA in April I experienced breakouts due to the drastic climate change. I was used to humidity in New York and that actually worked better for my skin considering I'm as dry as the Sahara Desert. My skin would break out no matter what I used. Tried multiple different skincare brands and nothing seemed to work until I stumbled upon this. I don't know where you can purchase it but feel free to check Brian Champagne on Instagram and you might find the answer. As far as removing my makeup the Aveeno wipes and Maybelline remover are my absolute FAVORITE. I've been using it for over a year now and cannot complain, gets the job done. Also you can't beat the price, I know products can be expensive but I feel so happy knowing I can go to my local drugstore/pharmacy and pick it up. Please feel free to comment if you have any thoughts or questions :)

  1. Thank you for sharing Amrezy! I totally agree with you, the Avenno Wipes are absolutely amazing! Besides the products you mention do you use any mud mask to help keep your face clean?

  4. I'll def look into that Brian Champagne line. Unfortunately I have breakout issues in warmer months + my combination skin makes things worse and I've tried lots of different stuff. Does combination/oily skin really need moisturizers because I really don't think they help....if anything I feel they tend to block my pores more,

    3. All skin types need a moisturizer to properly hydrate the skin try using a water based moisturizer which isn't as heavy exfoliating 2 to 3 times a week will also help clean out the pores hope I can be helpful (:

  9. I've been using his products too, when he did a makeover in me he gave me some samples and I'm loving them! It's really changing the texture of my skin. I have combination skin, and it was a struggle to find a "neutral" way to even out the skin. I will be getting the full products! Thank you for your support towards Brian, he is so awesome, love him to pieces. I can't wait to meet you, he says wonderful things about you, i thank you for sharing these tips, lots of love -Alondra (Makeabella)

  10. First off, just wanted to say how much I admire your work and talent. First heard of your IG page through my sister and have been following your page ever since. Your posts are not only refreshing- in terms of creativity but also inspiring and simply gorgeous!
I've learned so many tips from both your beauty and fashion posts. And thanks for always sharing and just being you- a down to earth person. Super happy about your blog, I've really enjoyed reading your posts. They've all been really helpful and I will incorporate your your tips according to my routine.
I have very sensitive/dry skin- I have eczema, so I'm always a bit nervous when trying new products. But YES the Maybelline remover is fantastic.! ( I decided to test it out back when you had made a post on IG) I don't have to put any extra pressure while wiping off the makeup with the cotton rounds. All of that gunk comes off so easily. I will give the aveeno wipes a try ( hopefully I don't break out, fingers crossed). To moisturize and cleanse: I use these products I got from Panama- It really works great for my skin- no negative reactions and I have noticed an overall improvement in my skin.
Sorry for the essay gurl, haha. Wish you all of the best and congrats on your success!!
